Cycling : an indoor cycling cross-training class that will test your endurance, build strength, and cardio fitness.  *not recommended for those with low back problems.

Total Body Step: Step your way into fitness with step choreography, strength training, and interval training that is combined into one fun filled total body workout.   Power Step: 30 minutes of your favorite step aerobics

Zumba®: Are you ready to party yourself into shape? It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance party that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health. All fitness levels welcome.


Fitness Yoga: A yoga class designed to build strength and flexibility, reduce stress and tension, and increase your overall health, energy and vitality. All fitness levels welcome – modifications provided.

Yoga/Pilates: A perfect blend of our Fitness Yoga and Pilates classes combined into one class.

Pilates: A mat workout focusing first on developing strength through the core of the body – the back, abdomen, and hips. This provides a foundation to continue working the rest of the body. The concentration is not only on strength, but also on flexibility and coordination

Tai Chi: This beginner’s Tai Chi class is a gentle exercise also known as “moving meditation” that helps improve balance and helps prevent falls.


Axis: focus on your foundation – the core! Create stability from middle of your body, the basis of all   movement, then layer on mobility, strength and power.

Butts and Guts: This class will target your legs and core like nothing before! A class that combines cardio and strength that will not disappoint.

PiYo®: a low-impact mix of Pilates and Yoga, with a dash cardio. Each class delivers the muscle-sculpting, core centered benefits that Pilates provides, add in the flexibility and strength that Yoga produces, while staying in constant motion to get your heart pumping. If you love Yoga and Pilates, but do not like to stand still, this class is for you! Each class is unique, fun, and the music is awesome!

Power Pump: This class uses a bar bell and adjustable weights to work every major muscle group in the body. With motivating music, you will tighten, tone, and strengthen your body. All fitness levels welcome and moves can be modified.

20/20/20: Make sure you hit every muscle group, your cardio levels, and your stretching with this work out! 20 minutes will be focused on each strength, cardio, and stretching. All levels of fitness welcome.


Classic Fitness: Low impact aerobics class that will help seniors stay fit and healthy, increase balance, coordination and flexibility, and overall fitness with less strain on the joints.

Foundations of Movement: Specific to those with Parkinson’s Disease, however people with balance issues, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, and rheumatoid arthritis may also benefit from this class. The goals are to improve range of motion while improving strength and balance.
